the wheels specs: 18x7.5 +42 all around with 10mm spacer on the rears, tires: 215/35/18 falken fk-452

This is the exact wheel that I have been trying to find, but no success. Do you know where I can get this? How is the MPG after using the 18" wheels? Is your MPG getting worse?

Do you have any pictures for the interior? This is the only AUTO Sport that I ever see that has been modified the outside. It is very nice! What else have you done inside?

with the 18's i don't notice that much difference with the mpg, i find it makes a difference whether i hit vtec or not, but if i drive like a granny, i get good mpg whether its with the 18's or with the oem 16's

as for auto sport being modded, i seen lots of auto sport around here moded, or trying to be moded
my interior not very special, just have a steering wheel, changed to led lights and changed my radio for a pioneer indash. oh yah.. i got a recaro pro sport seat for the baby in the back, lol

* I thought the more bigger or heavier wheels, the less MPG. In my understanding, the only way to achieve better MPG when using the 18" wheels are spending $1,000 - $1,500 set of light wheels.

* You are the only auto fit that I see modded in this forum. I also have an auto. IMO, the auto is not as fun as a manual. This is why i don't mod it. But your car is really nice! Impressive!

* If you don't mind I ask, what is your average MPG with all the exhaust, intake and 18" wheels?

bigger/heavier wheels take more to get them started but if you are mostly driving long distances on flat surfaces with lots of cruising you will benefit because of the greater momentum produced. if you have a lot of stop and go traffic you will suffer horribly.

LOL if you think jooky is the only modded auto then you clearly havent looked far haha, i have an auto myself and have done a fair amount to it so far.

looks so clean!
can i ask you a question
I have been looking into getting an aftermarket steering wheel
and i know you have installed one.
Is the airbag light constantly on from removing it or did you find a way to bypass it?
and also does the horn still work fine?

if you want a aftermarket steering wheel, spend the extra money and get a works bell hub, it comes with 2 airbag bypass plugs, and has a wire harness for the horn, so the horn works and the other 5 airbags will still work, just the driver airbag will be gone (of course) and the airbag light won't be on at all

Okay thanks, i have been looking into those but where did you buy it from?
i cant seem to find a place to buy one from, when i do find one i can only usually find the one for the GD model
Oh and one more thing,
If i bought the short hub from works bell and wanted to add a quick release, Would anyone work with that hub for the most part?
Or do only the works bell quick releases work

i got my works bell hub from evasive motorsports, and i think i special ordered mine, cause your right they wont stock the GE one, so you got to wait
and as for the quick release, yes any quick release will work with the works bell hub, because the works bell has dual bolt pattern

Did you get a short or standard hub?

i got the short hub, the works bell 223S, the 223 is not listed for the GE8 but it still works, its just the harness for the horn needs to be plucked out and re-inserted to the proper pin, the works bell 224 is the one they list for the GE8, i think the hub is physically the same it just comes with a correctly wired harness for the horn

if your planning to use a quick release with the hub, i recommend getting the short hub, unless you like the steering very close to you
