the pioneer X910BT, pioneer doesn't include trim ring for some reason, so i had to order one seperately

My JDP lip does the same thing, actually scraped paint off installing it.

 

wow! i used to really want one of those lips before but now im not to sure. i know they made it tight fitting which is better but didnt know it would be that tight to scrape off the paint... but i guess you have to sacrifice something right?

 

i have had front lips before and they fit tight and never scratched the paint, but they were abs plastic, i think the cf is very sharp compared to plastic, and jdp's lip is very tight fitting, very tight, i had to grind off a lot before wraping the ends on
i didnt think it was that bad either or i would have never got one, if you care about your bumper being mint dont get it

 

you changed ur tail lights again? btw the exhaust is looking good.

if you want a good looking lip that fits right, sell the JDP lip and get the mugen.

i dont like the mugen lip, its too big, its like a half bumper, i like the jdp's size, only wish it fit better, too bad the mugen lip kit wasn't smalller

 

the mugen lip is bigger than i wanted too but it looks way better in person than in pictures and i couldn't imagine my car without it now!

the front plate is on there with some homemade metal "L" brackets, which you can get from home depot, and just un-do the "L" so its more angled to your liking

i just get whatever tickles my fancy, but this car is where i want it as a daily so i will be more focus on my s13 from now
but i will always drive it to places and take pics of it

no, never
but when i drive around without a front plate the cops hassle me,
it seems like all they care is the front plate is there and is visible
