The painted lip flows very well with the sport bumper and it makes it look better.

It's looking so clean man. I'm so strongly considering getting those wheels in gunmetal...

Did you do any fender rolls or cambering to get those wheels to fit? I would probably do 17" et42 205/40 for mine, but I'm already afraid it will rub without any camber.

all i did was roll it lightly all around, and camber is pretty as close as stock as i can get it cause i didn't want any extra wear on the tires since its my daily, at my height its doesn't rub much, i only hear it rub like once or twice a week if any, i had the front lower but it was too much rub for a daily, and i didnt want to pull the fenders or run neg camber,
but if you do 17" 205/40/17 you are pretty much safe from rubbing, like if i got some 17's and put them on at my height it will never be close to rubbing, 215/40/17 should be good too,
18"s you got to play around with the height to get it right where it wont rub

I just went from page 14 all the way to page 1. love watching how your fit turned into such a beast! (in backwards time.) haha. Have you ever thought about Smoking your Axis tails btw? I also have a GE8 TW A/T fit. subscribed!

P.S. really liking the JDP front lip, does sound like a big pain to put on though.. Are the winglets necessary btw? or just mostly for aesthetics? i dont even know how the winglets look on your car T_T"

(damn thats a long p.s...)

By winglets do you mean canards like the ones below? If so, they're not necessary. They can/do create some down force at high enough speeds. Lot of people put them on cars for aesthetics as well.

I dig your car man. I'm a fan of white and the white one white scheme you got going on looks really clean.

sorry for the misunderstanding, i should've quoted! The canards to me seem a bit too flashy ._. as for i will never go fast enough to produce down force. The winglets im talking about are the ones in the very last pic!

the winglets don't do much, especially the ARC ones, mostly for bling
and i didn't like how they look on the jdp lip so i never put them on

and the jdp lip can be really easy to put on or real pain, if you don't care about your bumper then its really easy, but if you care about your bumper (like me) it can take a lot of work, cause the jdp lip on the inside is raw fiberglass, and has a very sharp and rough surface so i had to make it smooth and added some foam on the edges of the lip where it mounts to the bumper

That's funny because I just went 1-14 lol. I was trying to find some influence for my girlfriends ge8. This fit so far caught my attention. Love the build.

OP have you thought about changing up your wheels?
