Civic Si Seats will sit a little higher than stock FIT seats, about 1 1/2 inches.

 

Looks nice, thanks for the detail comparison shots, definitely helped me decide that I wont consider this...If anything I need to find some seats that sit Lower than stock and maybe go a little further back. I find that if the seat was lower I would be able to have better visibility out the rear of the car using the mirror...oh well, they still look cool

If you referred to Mugen front under spoiler, it would not fit 2012 Honda FIT. Base on Honda official website, it does not have Mugen kits for 2012 Honda FIT yet. It might offer later on.

i definitely agree. im not tall but i would say that seating in our fits are much like a truck. a lower seat would be better. regardless, i used to own an 09 fa5 and the seats are ten times more comfortable than the fit's.

I am not quite sure about the Mugen grille will fit 2012 FIT Base. However, you can go to College Hills Honda or Bernadi and check OEM grille part number for 09 and 12. If they are the same part number, the Mugen grille will fit your 2012 FIT Base.

One thing for sure, Official Honda website does not list Mugen kits for 2012 FIT.

Are they the same number? Weird, because when you look at them they're both different. The 2012 grills are bigger and goes almost all the way to the headlights. Whereas the 2009s don't.
