how high is your lip from the ground?

 

i want it lower to. lol. the coilovers are as low as they go. and its good i guess that they stop where they are, cuz where i live, it just isn't practical to be any lower. i scrape now as it is. lol

For 16x7 those wheels look like they have quite a bit of lip. Besides rolling the fenders did you have to also have to pull them? Any rubbing issues?

yea they have a decent lip. not to bad. they are 35 offset tho, so that gave me a bit more lip. i rolled my fenders, and used a hammer on them to flatten them out more. i pulled on them some with just my hands. i wanted to do it with the fender roller, but i didn't want to put my suspension all the way up, roll them, then put it all the way back down. lol.

i rub my inner fenders bad with these. and i also rub when i turn.

shes the winter car, but i can't help myself. yellow fogs are being ordered this week, tint, and the hub caps are coming off. new shift knob is a must, and possibly a new deck. oh, new shift bushings too. lol i hate having add with cars.

 

so i took the g/f's 2012 civic in to honda today for some work, and they had a 2009 4 door civic Si there. the price is right, and depending on what they give me for the fit, i may have an si sitting in my drive way by next week. i love my fit. the only way this will go down is if they make the deal to good to pass up. if it goes through, the car will be going back to stock, and everything i have will be up forsale. kind of bitter/sweet i think.

 

Damn thats too bad. I like your fit that way but the 08+ Civic Si are nice cars. K20 ftw.

everything went through. i get the si monday. i took it out today for a long drive, and had a hard time deciding to keep or sell the fit. the si is something i've wanted for a while now. i think it will make a good project car too. LOL

 

Dont feel bad. Ive test drove the Si too. Really nice power and just a great car overall. I couldve gotten one too but decided the Fit is a less well known car so I went with it. But if I get the chance for an 04 ITR then hell yea Ill trade my fit for it.

Btw give me a price and quote on the grill.

 

so the car went back to stock, took it in, and said my goodbyes. drove off the lot with my 2009 honda civic si sedan.
