not to sound like a dick, but that makes no sense at all. why would mudflaps be specific to only a/t?

its like people saying the OEM armrest is made for a/t only.

to answer your question, no, my car isn't a/t. its a 5sp. the flaps will fit your m/t no problem.

I think your a little confused...the issue with the flaps is between the base and sport models. the front and rear flaps will fit the base model fit. ONLY the rears work on the sport fit because the side skirts prevent the front flaps from fitting correctly. Nothing to do with tranny type tho.

^^ THAT's what it was I remember now that I saw it on my local Honda dealer's site. Their site won't load right now for me, but it just flat out said "ONLY COMPATIBLE WITH BASE MODEL" or something to that effect, not mentioning that only the rear ones fit. Haha you don't sound like a dick sandblasted, I was confused. It seemed insane to me too that's just how I remember seeing it. You can only buy the whole set of these tho right? Can't just buy rear ones?

I like the ride height, the spoiler and I do think the wheels match the jdm tails. That being said, I personally am not a fan of the jdm tails or the red wheels. But it is your car and I'm sure there are things about mine that people don't like. Anyway, do not buy 25mm bolt on spacers. They do work with factory wheels, but with aftermarket wheels they will cause your tire to stick way out past the fender, which will look dumb and cause terrible rubbing issues. Google search 'mexiflush' for some examples of how it would look. I have been running an 8mm space with arp extended studs on the rear of mine since the fits rear track is 16mm narrower. However, I plan to switch to 10mm spacers. That should give a perfect match as far as flushness front to rear.

^be careful...if you speak your mind on this forum, you get negatively rep'd

Personally, I don't understand the fascination with "stance." I agree that mexiflush looks like hella ass...but I'm not sure I'd ever go through all the trouble of spacers and extended studs to move the wheel 1 or 2 cm. I realize that puts me in the minority on this forum.

BTW Sandblasted, I want to see more of your EG

my eg isn't with me any more. my Fit actually replaced my EG. it got to be constant repair bills, so i opted for a car payment instead. but heres a few pics.

was a 93 civic cx, d15b SOHC vtec motor from japan with an si tranny,4-2-1 header, cat back exhaust, new paint and rear quarters, ek side skirts, si lip, duckbill spoiler, passwordjdm side molding, tein springs(1.8") 15" konig heliums.

i have many mods that i would change, and things i would do differently now if i were to get another. which i do plan to do. i want another for a project car.

Chinese coilovers......any reason you didn't go with something like Bilsteins for nearly the same price?

http://www.tirerack.com/suspension/S...brand=Bilstein

At least these would be quality made and have some actual R&D.
