Depends on what you want. If you want a conservative drop without adjustability, go with springs. If you want the option to adjust ride height, then coilovers.

With coilovers sure you have adjustability, but everytime you raise or lower the car, an alignment should be done. If you are not looking to do any real performance driving and just want a lower stance with improved body roll than springs are your friend and the best friend in that area is Tohatsu's Sport Mach line.
