iWant to lower my 2012 fit sport. Help

So I just bought a 2012 fit sport and I want to lower it any suggestion on what type of lowering springs or coilovers I should get at a decent price. Any good websites? Let me know! Thanks!

Get coilovers. Most people go for springs end up getting coilovers down the road.
I think BuddyClub N+ is recommended the most.

IMO, if you are daily driving and what a pretty good drop until you can get coilovers... try the Megan Racing springs, nice drop!

For coilovers I recommend the Buddyclub N+ damper kit. I have them and it rides great for a dailydrive and even track!

Are you planning on driving your Fit quite hard be it on circuit or auto-x? If not, then just go with lowering springs, SWIFT SportMach is your friend in this instance. They have optimum lowering and will not mess up your stock struts as they are built around the stock struts specs. Many on here get coilovers, lower beyond 25mm and their car actually is worse handling, but you won't really hear any say so. Why is it worse, because the suspension geometry is all out of whack. Then again many here are all about parking lot status and are not beating on their car so they wouldn't realize how bad handling their car really is, but hey it looks good...sarcasm of course.

Ya I have my little 2000 SI for racing. I'm just tryin to make my fit into more of a show car. But thanks for the info bro helps a lot. I have skunk 2 springs and tokiko shocks but they don't make those for the 2012 fit :/

I installed Eibach sportline springs into my Fit with the stock struts/shocks and I was pretty pleased with the performance. I did some auto-x with them as well. Could have been lower though.. hence why I bought F&F type twos. I have an odd stigma about Megan racing products.. I'm sure they're fine but I would never own them personally.

Ya I have a feeling I'll end up buying the eibach springs. Driving lowered cars since I was 15 It doesn't feel the same when im on stock suspension. Maybe when I get back from my deployment I'll get the buddy club n+ coilovers.

Coilovers are the way to go if money is no object. Springs ~250$, coils ~1000$ haha.

For future reference, search before starting a thread.

Ah I know that deployment money would come in so much handy but I'll see by next week whichs ones I get

I know I could of search but that's why I started this so people who have experience on lowering their fit could give me their input, hence giving me the opportunity to buy the springs that Id like to get.

Or you could have searched because this topic has been covered many times? That's the point of the search function.

It's all good. I know how it feels being new. (Unfortunately :P) I've been here for years so I've seen the same questions asked time and time again. Don't worry, 30 seconds of searching will get you all the info you could need.
