Greetings all! After buying my Fit sometime around late July, it finally came in yesterday! Unfortunately, I only have this single picture of it, but, assuming I remember (and have time) I'm going to go out this weekend and take some shots with my DSLR.

I'm absolutely in love with the color; so far, mistaken for black at a distance and up close, in the sun, you can really see the purple.



I'm not sure if/what I'd like to do to it. It's been a long time since I've modified a car (lost interest), but I'm a bit interested in doing some aesthetic mods to the Fit; perhaps some new wheels when I can afford it (never).

At any rate, loving the hell out of the car. Poor wife hasn't even gotten to drive it yet due to my being a hog! For being the first new car I've ever purchased (and the first one less than fifteen years old), I think I made a great choice.

Congrats!, and I swear this is Blackberry pearl with a different color flake in it, and of course a name change to make it more manly sounding.

 

You certainly have made a good choice! A lot of people buy cars, even very expensive cars, and then find disappointments. There's not a lot to disappoint you on the Fit.

I REALLY like that color and am upset that it wasn't available last year. Ah well

Just got window tint and a clear bra on it today. Thinking about putting a roof mounted bike rack/cargo rack on it, as it would be pretty helpful when transporting the myriad bikes that find their way to my house.

Nice!! The day I went to buy my 2013 Fit Sport, I had only four choices for colors in the 5MT, there was a metallic silver, black, taffy white and blue raspberry. I fell in love with the white one, and wasn't feeling the teal-ness of the blue raspberry. If there was the midnight plum there however, I think I might have gone with that, but I don't regret picking my white one, love quick detailing the car every day. this is 7 years newer than any car I've ever owned, so I'm trying to take care of it as best as I can! Congrats again!

 

The Honda Fit was also my fist new car I baught. It's such a great little car. I really like the color choice you went with as well.

 

But the photos posted look hella like my BBP...Exactly the way our color will change depending on the light conditions - anywhere from a boring solid navy blue, to bright purple, to black.

Someone said it may have a different flake color? What color? The BBP had turquoise flakes. Of course the brochure doesn't show the flakes.

 

Congrats and great color. It's similar to Black Berry Pearl but more attractive with a more metallic and reddish "plum" hue. Show us some gold or bronze rims now!

 

I'm in Boulder... where'd you get your clear bra and tint done? How much? I got the tint done Llumar ATC 35% all around at Clear Choice/Details Plus for $300. Seems high in comparison to some others I've seen but they did a good job and I can't complain about anything else. Had the 3M clear bra put on for around $245 at a small shop called Advanced Clear Mask in Longmont.
