Talking Nickocosmic's CBP Sport

Hey everybody. Just wanted to share my 2011 CBP Sport with you guys. Got her last year, brand new. Fell in love with the way it looks when the GE's came out, and have desired one ever since. Friends finally convinced me to get one after they both got base models, plus got a decent deal.

Anyway, here she is. Suggestions are welcome! I don't have a fancy-pants camera, so cell pictures inbound.

As she sits now:

Things done so far:

Yellow fog bulbs
Base model headlights, because chrome is bad
Rear X-brace
Swapped-in base model hatch, so no wing (looks better I think)
JDM wiper mod
Painted rear emblem
Debadged
Rear tinted window (came like that from the swap, lol)

In the next few months I'll be lowering it, getting new wheels and tires, a few other chassis goodies, and a couple visual things.

Thanks! No, my friend and I swapped hatches. He has a base model, I have a sport model. The wing is mounted to the hatch, so when we traded, the wing went with it. I wanted to try the wingless look, and my friend wanted to see how the sport wing looked on his.

I like the whole OEM+ idea for the fit. It's almost perfect stock.

Lol I know. The low should be coming sometime in January. I'm actually considering swapping in the whole 2012 front bumper, grille, and headlights. I like the gloss black in the headlights rather than the grayish, and the new grille is so much better looking.

Apparently, it's a secret that requires PMing. Which sort of baffles me, but maybe it's for a good reason.

Not sure if it's secret, that's just the way it was introduced to me. It's a semi-custom deal from AdvanceSpeedShop.com. It utilizes four c-pillar bars:

C-Pillar Bar 2009-2010 Honda Fit - P/N: CPB-CV92 X2. These are the top and bottom bars.

C-Pillar Bar 88-91 Honda Civic/CRX- CPB-CV88 X2. These make the X.

Both are adjustable a bit, and they bolt right up. You may need to cut some plastic near the seat belt mounts but it's no biggie.

I'll let everybody know once it's installed. Should be done Friday, along with these:
