I don't have a picture of it on my car. It's the factory nose mask from Honda. Yes, it comes with the hood cover you're looking for haha.

Can you take pics of the actual mask with hood cover? Any rips, cracking or fade?

It is in good condition, a little wear to it but nothing major. I did wipe it down real quick, could use a better cleaning I suppose. All the seams look good too. Sorry for the mediocre pics.
