Bought this about 1 year ago. This is a COMPLETE KIT for the GE8, bolt on and go. Needs NOTHING. COmes with clips, crossbars, qtowers, air deflector, INSTRUCTIONS!!! etc.. Perfect shape, never actually used it lol.
