Can someone who's measured on eibach sportlinea measure the height from the ground to the top of the fender? I had them on and I forgot to measure and I just installed my apexi n1 exv coilovers. I wanna know the difference.

Advice in lowering

Hello guys
I'm still fresh n new here
i'm from Malaysia & i drive my 1 month old Jazz hybrid
i got few questions from u guys
I'm planning to lower my ride, is the suspension same with the previous 09 jazz?
& do my tire hit the suspension if my car lowered + 17X7 inch wheels or 18x8?
coz the clearance from the wheels to the suspension looks too close.

So after reviewing about 45 of the 70 pages here.. as far as springs go.. Swift is the most popular choice for looks/ daily driver/ daily driver pretend racecar (me). I had an 07 Fit and loved my Tanabe GF210's.. what happened to them? I only see NF210 and DF210. I'm looking at getting another Fit.. so Swift would be the way to go? Doesn't seem like to much Tanabe love on GEN2's huh?

Swift is the way to go if you care more about performance than just a drop. There are lower but there aren't better imho.

I prefer going with brands I've heard of and know work great. Eibach for my springs, Bilstein for my coils.

For those running Swifts on stock shocks:

How different is the ride? Does it cure the obnoxious understeer? How is it on city streets/bumpy roads? Bottoming out an issue? Has there been any long term usage results i.e. life of stock shocks?

spanks.

You gave tire size and an offset but no wheel specs. Are you getting new wheels? Because the sport wheels are not +43. I don't think you'll have a problem w/ such a mild drop though. You'll probably still have wheel gap. I was on Tein S Tech for a while and they have close to the same drop and I was running 205/50/16 on the stockers.

Nice wheels. So they're 16x7. With < 2" of a drop and 50 series you shouldn't have a problem

Man, people can hate on reps as much as they want. Grids are a good lookin' wheel. Maybe you just can't go wrong w/ the six spoke design.
