I am looking at the NF210's and the T1R S-Coils to put on my car. Any thoughts on either? I like the NF's because they are standard springs with no Progressive rates which is awesome because not many companies are making these it looks like. Please give me your input and pics if you have them.

Wasn't aware of that. I don't think anyone has them. Tanabe's stock pics of them show little visual difference from the DFs, as I suspect they were both designed for the lighter weight JDM model, But the spring rates are the same as the popular DFs, so you probably can't go wrong unless those use a strong progressive rate vs. the linear ones you report. The Swift Mach Sports seem to be the spring of choice for a linear rate, mild drop on the GE.

Tanabe NF210/DF210:
F 1.7 kg/mm / R 2.0 kg/mm
Swift Mach Sport:
F 2.3 kg/mm / R 2.1 kg/mm

 

I did notice that the rates were the same however the main difference is the drop is less on the NF's which is what i want. I only am looking for a modest drop for my car. and the NF's are .3 less F and R.

I believe I can get the tanabe's less than swifts so thats the main reason i was looking into it. but I just wanted more info on the t1r s-coils as well. Anybody with drop rates and pics of t1r's? compared to swifts?

 

Well, the T1Rs are F 3.0k / R 2.5k (progressive rate.) Swift has stated that their rates are the maximum the stock dampers can handle, so you might factor that in to your decision. If you want ride height and comfort, definitely give the NFs a try and report back. It was the first spring I looked into for this car, and I'd still like to hear some feedback and pics.

Also, I believe the rear drop is the same on both NFs and DFs. Just the front is a little higher on the NFs, like for snow and driveways. It will be a little more squatted looking. Swifts will give you the opposite - a little forward rake.
