For all the Slammed Ge's. Question about rear tire wear...

Hey Guys,

For those of you with more than moderately dropped GE's (with a +1.5inch drop) how are your rear tires holding up? Uneaven wear, buckling, anything?

I have SPC front camber kits already and am either going to go with Eibach sportlines, or possibly some Buddy Club coils (if I go the CO route drop will be between 2 and 3 inches).

Note: If you are going to bash me and talk about handling and how I will be hurting the handling and etc etc, please save it... with the Fit canyon carving and autocrossing are not my goals.

I have done my fair share of Drag and Road car builds and have spent many days at the track. The Fit is for me to get to work and back and eventually hand down to my son when he gets old enought to drive.

Thank you for any replies and info

-John

Thanks for the reply. Are you all the way down on the coils with all hardware still attached? Or did you remove a collar to go as low as possible? If all the collars and everything are still on could you post a side pic?

Thanks again for replying

Rear tire wear?

No real need to worry. With the torsion beam rear suspension the rear alignment shouldn't change when the car is dropped. If it does change, it would be miniscule.
