Trouble Disassembling Suspension
I've got a 2012 Fit and I'm pretty experienced when it comes to MacPherson type suspension components but I had the hardest trouble removing the nut that holds the spring down (The one that needs a hex key to hold the shock piston so it doesn't spin. Yes, the spring was compressed) I didn't have this much trouble on my 1992 Civic! Anyways there seems to be a crusty white buildup around the nut and right now I'm soaking the problem areas in lube over night but does anyone have any ideas to get more leverage so I can break the nut free?

have you tried "double nut"ing it?
Get two nuts that fit on top, spin them both down a bit, then tighten them against each other until they don't move. then use them as leverage point for another ratcheting boxend (instead of the hex, cause that spot is a PAIN IN THE @#$#@ ASS!!!).

I have thought about it but I've never tried it because I've never had this much trouble undoing that bolt! O_o Also I'm a little concerned because id have to do all that with the spring compressed. Thanks for that idea I think I'll give it a try.
Edit: I'll probably do a review of the Progress Suspension springs after. I've read many great reviews of their sway bar but nothing about the springs.

One question guys. I really want to cut the bump stops but there seems to be no way to remove them (Front bump stops) they are stuck pretty hard under the dust boot. Any advice?

Just lift up the dust boot so you have access to cut the bump stop in place. Make a cut all the way around so you have two halves still in place, and then cut the part you dont want from top to bottom and pull if off.
