I'm willing to undertake the swap to a 5-lug and 4-wheel disc swap all OEM. Does anyone have any legitimate info on what can or cannot truly be swapped directly?

Specifically: front brakes and complete rear beam assembly

 

and this is why I wish I worked at Honda.

 

I read somewhere that RSX Parts will match up but I could be wrong
