Winter Tire recommendations for 2013 Sport
I have 15 inch rims already, and I'm looking to sell my Fit in ideally less than a year from now to maybe two years from now at most. So I'm not looking for crazy performance, but rather "crazy" value.
I live on the East coast of Canada where I have to drive in heavy winter conditions, albeit in an urban setting were streets are fairly consistently plowed. Also, I don't commute to work, I walk, and so I don't use my car a lot except for groceries and outings. As you can probably deduce, I'm not really super mechanically inclined. This is my car which I got 2 and a half years ago and I've yet to put 30 000 km on it. Winter tires are mandatory in my region however.
So all that leaves me with three questions:
Thank you for any help you can provide!

So all that leaves me with three questions:
- What winter certified tires would you recommend? Cheaper the better.
- Where should I buy them? Costco, A general retailer that that has an automotive dept. (like Canadian Tire here in Canada), A small local tire dealer, a used tire reseller, or an individual?
- This is probably my summer tires' last season as well. Is there any advantage to buying two sets at once? Or should I leave that up to the next owner to figure out?
Thank you for any help you can provide!

Those are the only two cheaper snow tires I’ve heard much about, I have Bridgestone Blizzak WS80 that I’ve been happy with.
We have COOPER Evolution winter with studs on both cars . They did very well for the past 2 winters . Pictures of EVOLUTION winter tires on FIT , https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/gene...ire-sizes.html . May want to consider the new CONTINENTAL Icecontact XTRM with studs . Go to these sites for details , https://www.tirebusiness.com/wholesa...al-winter-tire and https://myvehicletires.com/continental-icecontact-xtrm/ and https://www.tirereview.com/continent...m-winter-tire/ . Wish these would be available in U.S.. The MICHELIN X-Ice North with studs ( 250 count ) look to be aggressvie , https://www.moderntiredealer.com/756...orth-to-canada . Also not available in U.S..
