You should be OK with 205/55 on that wheel, but NOT with 205/60. That would be .7" taller overall, and would rub, be heavier, and slow your acceleration.

Try using this website for comparing stock to modified wheel/tire sizes:

GE8 Honda Fit Sport Alloy Wheel & Tire:

185/55/16 x 6" 53mm offset

Enter this setup to the left, and desired setup to the right & website will calculate tolerances needed

Im gonna be gettin the white OZ Sparco RALLY wheel with Falken Ziex-915s. Should look and perform pretty well.
