I have a 2010 FIT sport and it c/w OEM 16" stock wheels

I am interested in upgrading to this set:

KONIG ZIEGE 17 X 7 4 X 100 4 X 114.3 WHITE RIM

can someone please advice the pos and cos of this particular rim?
such as will it fit my car, and what size of tires I have to buy?

 

205/45R17 should fit and the speedometer will be off by 1% from OEM wheels & tires.

185/55R16 vs 205/45R17
Diameter 24"/24.3"
Speedometer: 60/59 MPH
