Noob Question on OEM Wheels

What is involved switching from my base steelies 15" to the Sport 16" rims?

Meaning....they would fit but is there anything else I should know.

Nothing you should be good to go. Does the sports come with TPMS? You might have to do something extra with those. I'm not sure as I have a Canadian Fit and they don't come with TPMS.

If the Fit is a 08+ you will need to have the TPMS sensors switched over, other then that nothing else has to be done.
