Weight is an issue in the back of my mind (for this set of wheels), these wheels will for the most part be "special occasion/weekend, etc.. use", plan on getting Work, Volk, or some other top quality lightweight rims for daily, and keep the stockers for winter.

I have to agree the 17 x 7 is really what I should get (might still). Thanks for your advice...
