Looking for rims wht is a good offset on a set of xxr 536 or 531?

I'm using

MUGEN XJ 16 × 6 1/2J - Inset 55 (tires 205-50-r16)

Other Mugen option for the FIT is

17 × 7J inset 55 (tires 205-40-r17)
