Correct Lug Nuts for replaces 2012 steel wheels with 2015 Aluminum

I can't see to figure out what lung nut to buy to replace my 2012's steel wheels with a set of 2015 aluminum wheels I recently purchased. anyone have any insight into this. Thanks

Who stated they were different? I had a 08 Accord EX-L/Navi coupe with 09 Civic SI HFP 18X7 rims and never changed the lugs. If there was less length in the lugs, you have to change the hubs. Not the lug nuts.

swapped standard 17x7.5 rims to HFP 18X7. i LOVED that car. Accord Coupe should be renamed Prelude. There are no coupe camry, altima, and etc. I loved my 98 Prelude Type SH too but anyway back to the subject at hand. Youll be fine unless they were truck rims then that may be the case.
