P0171 after modding intake elbow

So, during this f@$#3) up pandemic ive been tinkering with the manufacturing of a TB spacer to be able to use larger TB's from CR-V's or S2K's for example, but keeping the OEM stock airbox, with a tweak or two.... and after modding the elbow after the MAF, I've been getting the P0171 code, which can come up with a couple of things.....

The other mod i did was eliminate the tube that runs coolant to the lower part of the TB and fumes from the valve cover to the intake, REROUTING BOTH independently to be able to mod the intake elbow...the fumes one I placed a "t" on the one that comes from the block to the upper part of the IM and since both are AFTER the MAF I think it wont be a problem....(this one can be seen in the pic below)

Have anyone gotten this code after putting up an aftermarket intake.. or making any intake mods....
Any thought will be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks!!! And sorry for the long post....

Here is a potato...🥔

I have no real idea what might throw a lean code, but here's a few things I noticed.

I assume you checked, but ensure there's no vacuum leak between the MAF and throttle (the silicone elbow looks a bit loose where it's connecting to the throttle body but it's hard to say if there is a leak from the photo). I assume you've also made sure the MAF was cleaned/protected during the modifications. (Do you have KTuner or other ODB scanner to view your Air/Fuel ratios to see what they're reading as you're driving?)

Also in relation to the breather hose you relocated, it's T-connected into the PCV. The PCV is normally behind the throttle and the breather is located in front of the throttle. This means that it's typically seeing closer to atmospheric pressure and not the vacuum pressures that you're putting on it now. I don't know how that will affect anything though.

Hope this might help you in your search. Cool mod other wise, looks clean, and almost OEM with the lack of flashy colors (I am a fan of sleeper/muted/OEM look). Once you figure out the lean code, looks like it would be an easy mod to install a larger throttle body with what you've done so far.

Thanks for the props Azuki... I contacted a friend that works at a honda dealer and told me to do some monitoring using a scanner that can give me voltage and flow parameters and all of that... this week I'll be working on that, yes i do have a ktuner so i could hook up the laptop and see them also.... the silicone elbow seems a bit crooked but it is pretty tight... although i might re-check for vacuum leaks again... the relocation of the breather hose is the other thing i have to re-check.... at first I thought it wouldn't do harm, since both of those hoses are AFTER the MAF... but who knows....
After i can record the parameters I'll know for sure why is the code being brought up...

Again thanks! ... I'll follow up once I have an update

Crankcase breather i usually see mods are just place it with small breather filter or put a catch can to it and connect it again to the air intake, dont see people putting t tube connecting it to the pcv hose.i once slashed my pcv hose and the car stalls after some distabce

Thanks to the peeps that tried to give me any direction on which the problem could be.... did another leak test and found none but I did heard like a kind of a leak sound and found out it was like a high flow sound . . And decided to remove the valve cover gas hose I teed up on the PCV valve line and .... voila!! Apparently although ther is no sensor on that path ... the added gasses flow fu@#$ up the reading on one of the sensors....

Ill leave it free to ambient for a couple of days and if it keeps behaving good.... I'll buy a catch can and mount it properly!!!
