Anyone play with ktuner on these cars? Trying to tune in some crackle/pops on deceleration. Car already has downpipe and full exhaust. I don’t even see a menu for tuning ignition timing. Looks much more basic compared to other cars I’ve seen on ktuner. Under fuel, I did see that you can adjust overrun fuel shut off delay. I set the stock 300ms to 2000ms, and it still doesn’t crackle. Trying to find a way to put negative timing in the ignition maps but don’t see it.

Any ideas?

Ask him if he is willing to tune a tune for your Honda Fit. Should be pretty easy for him as he has a setup with the 10th generation Civic. Here is a link to an example on the Non-Si Civic. It's called 'GOD' mode. This is the mode/tune that makes the crackle/pops. It should be easy for him.

I don't want the crackle pop but get rid of the rev hang. I have never tuned a car so how hard is this to do?

 

Exhaust pops and bangs are NOT a performance mod. In any way. Not sure why you would want to mod your car to be louder while decreasing your overall engine life. Not a good trade-off for an economy car that was never fast to start with.
