Weathertech Mats - on the Way

I wrote to Weathertech and asked about floor mats - the fitted kind - for the 2015 Fit. I just got a reply.

"I show the front seats should be released in approx. 6-8 weeks or sooner and the 2nd row seat liner and Cargo liner should be released in approx. 8-12 weeks.

But please click on this link below and fill out the short request form so our team can contact you as soon as the liners are available."

Well, I hope that's true, but back on July 7th they told me 8 to 10 weeks. I e-mailed them again yesterday asking for an update. No answer so far. I definitely want something better than the carpet ones before winter and I'm just about ready to order the Honda OEM ones and be done with it!

After a few days without a response from Weathertech I just went ahead and bought a set of the OEM mats. Then last night I received this response from my week old e-mail:
"It looks like the front liners (driver & passenger) will be released in the next 2 weeks. The rear & cargo liner are still in the fitment stage, this can take 4 weeks. These time are estimated, but hopefully it won’t be too much longer!"

Hopefully that's a more accurate projection than the one I received 2 months ago! For now I think I'll stick with the OEM ones, they should be delivered next week.

Sweet, thanks for the update. My dealer is still trying to locate my color combo but these will probably be my first aftermarket buy. Weathertech liners are the best.

A friend has the large Weathertech in the rear of her Honda Pilot. She could spill a gallon of milk back there, and it wouldn't get to the carpet.

I just ordered the weathertech. I've got 3 cats and I somehow manage to track cat hair into the car and then it gets stuck in the floor mats. I can't even vacuum it out.

We have dog hairs in both cars, but the dogs haven't been in either one. It's magic!
