What a Difference a Hill Makes

I drove to Hunter Mt today for the Oktoberfest, mostly uphill. I averaged 38 mpg going and 60 mpg coming home. Big difference. There was less traffic coming back, so I didn't have to maintain a high speed.

60 mpg downhill? thats pretty good. would love to P&G on a mostly downhill route.

Interior? Good question. Maybe it's because I live in the "interior" of NY, rather than on a border.
