#2 Black Storage Box Armrest Good

 

I just used Styrofoam to create a piece that sits down over the armrest that is there. Built up with padding and covered it looks good.
Now I think I will get some 'hard' foam, cut out the bottom, maybe firm up with cardboard and cover with a nice piece of remnant. It goes down and covers the armrest that is provided seems solid and I like it better than Velcro. no modification at all, cant be messin with a new car!!!

 

This is an armrest for the basic Canadian and Latin America Model that comes without any kind of armrest. It doesn't fit the US models.

 

I bought #1 and don't recommend it, it protrudes forward too much and gets in the way of the handbrake, I even occasionally touch it with my elbow while turning the steering wheel.
