Cargo Area Mats

I just purchased a 2015 Fit. I haul my mountain and road bikes in the rear with both seats down. I am protecting the floor/back of rear seats with a blanket. Does anyone make a mat that covers the back of the rear seats when they are folded flat? I know there are cargo area mats, but I want full coverage.

Thanks!

Yes that's the called the cargo liner that Honda makes. I don't think any 3rd parties make them.

For my bikes... I use a blanket on top of a tarp. That way my mountain bike rear tire can slide forward to the front seats with very little effort. Because the blanket is removable and washable, i don't worry about the blanket getting soiled like I would a cargo liner.

When I'm not hauling my bikes, I just leave the blanket and tarp in the garage. Seems to be a pretty good solution to keeping things clean in the back.

For emergency liners, (unplanned dirty cargo), I keep several large plastic trash bags in the trunk so I can quickly line the bottom of the cargo area and those bags fold to wallet size when not in use.

Cargo Mats

Does anyone make a cargo mat that also covers the rear seats when they are folded down? Any suggestions on how to protect the back of the rear seats other than a blanket. I haul mountain bikes and they are wet and dirty after a ride.

Thanks!

I made one from a cheap Home Depot mat ($20). The mat is a tight loop carpet on one side and vinyl (rubber) on the other. Before I put my bike in I turn it rubber side up. Easy to wash off the guck. I cut it where the seat fold is to store it when the seats are up.

I was thinking about doing this for all the band equipment I haul around. Do you have any pictures or instructions?

I went the Home Depot way also.
Cost $18.00 , rubber on the bottom and carpet on top.
Was going to trim the edges off, to give it a more tailored appearance, but decided not to since
it fits pretty well enough, and I was concerned the edges may fray
if it is cut.
Looks good to me and I am by nature a pretty fussy guy.
