2015 Cargo area quality? Cargo Liner? Aftermarket Options?

I just bought a 2015 Fit for the cargo capacity but I didn't notice how cheap the cargo area finish was. I've seen the Honda Cargo Liner but it seems just as cheesy. Are there any aftermarket options? I've been searching but haven't found anything yet. What are your thoughts?

Cargo liners

I have a cargo tray & think it's well made. What about getting carpet cut to Fit the entire back area with seats folded down. I think there's many others options to help protect the sides of the sides of the interior.

For an entry-level car, I don't think it's bad… The trunk of my former '13 Beetle was finished very similarly. I would love to find an all-weather mat that sits on top of the folded-down rear seats, though I doubt anyone will ever offer something like that.

Give it a couple months and I'm sure there will be plenty of aftermarket options for you.

That would be great and I hope so!

I was REALLY surprised by how cheap the cargo area was finished in the 2015 Fit. But it's my only disappointment so far.

I ended up getting the cargo tray which was much sturdier and protects the back. Here's a link to someone who has the cargo liner and their thoughts.

I saw another post (can't locate it), but there was a guy who went to Home Depot and used some plastic material and velcro and cut his own for the entire back including the backs of the seats for a liner. He had pictures as well. It was less than $15.00 for his solution.

You can also go to Bernardi's and save. It's normally $187 list and they offer it for $131.

They also offer a 25% discount on shipping costs to all Fitfreak members. Use the discount code: "FitFreak" upon check out. So that could help you out a lot. https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/bern...ml#post1045875

Here's also their installation instructions: http://www.bernardiparts.com/Images/...r_AII51180.pdf

Good luck!
