There is taking care of and then there is needlessly obsessing. I agree with DetroitGK5 here. We buy Hondas so we don't have to worry about stuff like this (unless you bought the turbo CRV and Civic I guess). If I wanted to constantly worry about stuff like this, I would buy a Ford or a Dodge.
