Purchasing a 2019 "New" Blue Sport tonight

Dealer I usually go to quoted me at $17,200 for a 2019 Blue Sport. I'm on my way up to get it now. I had a 2013 Sport that I put 207k miles on and it did the job.

My question,

Is there anything you would have added on or done differently when purchasing your Fit? Floor mats , paint protection, etc..?

I skip the paint protection. And for floor mats, I usually go with all-weather ones. You can find the OEM ones (carpet or rubber) for cheaper than the dealership online. Unless, of course, if they want to give them to you for free.

I skipped everything except the gap coverage. I used to order off of Hands Accessories but it seems their site has changed or is down. Bernadi looks good as well.

H and A stopped their online accessory business last year (or perhaps it was earlier this year...my memory is foggy). Bernardi is great, but there are a few others out there as well.

Congratulations on the car!

It's blue. That's the most important thing.

The Blue with black sport wheels was catchy and I felt it was the right car for a commuter. Reminds me a ton of my GE8 and controls like my wife's HRV. I'm trying to resist temptation for any mods but I have a feeling I'll cave shortly. Feels good to be in a new car again!

Good price - I got my 19 LX with CVT for $17000 out the door in July 2019 (includes tax, title, etc. ). So that's good for the Sport model.

Ayyy I have the same style! '18 Fit Sport in blue. I also love the black wheel/blue paint contrast, really sharpens up the look for an economy car lol.
