Unhappy HOW to move my Fit????

2015 Honda Fit EX w/Std tranny. Had to spend big bucks at 70,000mi for new starter, then a year later, replace the ignition coil.
Got in today to start it. It made a noise like dragging a cardboard box across the floor, then started. WOULD NOT go in any gear.
Stopped the engine and tried to put it in gear with engine off, and it went into gear.
Left it in first gear and put clutch in and started engine. WITH emergency brake on, my foot on the brake, and the clutch in, the
car then DRUG itself forward with the rear wheels obviously LOCKED UP. It is parked on gravel, and drug the gravel up into a mound.
I Shut down the engine. Could not take it out of first gear with it running, but after stopping the engine, I got it back into neutral.
HOW do I get the thing towed so I can find out again what is wrong with this piece of trash so I CAN SELL IT.
This is my first and LAST Honda. Current mileage 81,000. and it's a beautiful shade of YELLOW!

Sounds like clutch is not disengaging. First thing I'd check is if any of the hydraulic path is leaking.

Check brake fluid (because the same reservoir is shared), pipe down to the clutch fork, and also check both master (should be on the other side of the clutch pedal) and slave (connected to clutch fork arm at the transmission) cylinders.

I think (not sure) second person should be able to see clutch fork move when you press the clutch pedal. If not moving, there's the problem. If it's moving, that's could be worse, because that means something inside the transmission went bad.

Oh wait, maybe you already know all that and are just asking about how to get it out.
Isn't there a pop-out cover at the front bumper where you can screw in a tow hook? My 2019 has it. Put a hook in it, and, well, winch it out?

There certainly should be, our ‘15 LX has the pop-out cover and tow hook, can’t imagine the next higher model not having it. Am sure a tow truck operator would have no problem getting the car to where it needs to be, if I understood correctly , the car is now in neutral, yes?

I have the same shade of Yellow on my 2016 Fit.
As mentioned above, it seems like the clutch isn't disengaging as it should (release bearing or clutch hydraulics?).
Hope you get it fixed.

Hi, Thanks for this info. Got it towed..had to drag it onto the truck. I'm afraid we could see the movement you spoke of when depressing the clutch.
I love driving this car..reminds me of a baby version of one of my former hot rods :*), but as soon as it's fixed, it's for sale. I can't tow this thing around
3 or 4 times a year. It's ridiculous to have spent as much on a car as I have on this car. I have a Toyota with over 345,000 miles and I'm still on the
original clutch, and I have not yet spent as much on repairs as I have on this Honda.
Thanks again, I really appreciate your help.
