I've been fine with removing the splash guard and replacing it after changing my oil. This time I noticed that a couple of pieces of hardware were missing. It's the U-shaped metal thing that the screws screw into.

I secured the cover with zip-ties so it's fine but I'd like to buy a few metal clips so the next time I change my oil I can put it back together properly.

Does anybody know what the part is called, or a part number? I realize it'll probably cost a zillion dollars at a dealer but maybe it's a common part I could find for fifty cents at an auto parts store or on-line?
