I was in a Splat R Ball (orbeez airsoft) war with one of my friends and as I was getting back into my car I ended up hitting my head on the turn signal lever and snapping it in half. I've gotten the plastic that's behind the steering wheel off but I am completely lost on what I actually have to replace and how to replace it. I've attached a few images to hopefully make the issue more clear.

 

 

judging from the pictures you posted and pictures of the new part , it looks like it's mounted from behind , maybe one or two screws behind
the switch . unless there are in fact two tabs you can press to release it . there are two different part numbers for the EX and LX , they both look like they're
mounted the same way

 

Only difference is the LX doesn't have the fog light switch
