I have these weird 1mm line all over the inside of the headlight I just polish both headlights in the summer but this passenger headlight was Faded before. No issue like this on the driver side headlight since it was replaced. Anyone know how I can fix this im oping up the headlight sometime soon can I polish the inside???

I don't see why you couldn't.

 

Those are stress cracks in the plastic (from heat and light) and they can't be polished out. You will have to get new headlights if you want it fixed.
