2016 CVT with PO741 code

No idea what PO741 code relates to on this CVT tranny. Acts like a torque converter that won't engage but there's no torque converter.....Anyone know how to fix this code?

THANKS

I don’t want to add to your confusion, but there IS a “torque converter case” in the parts diagrams available on Bernardi Hondas website. My own research into my inscrutable CVT failure has turned up a “torque converter turbine speed” sensor. These things do not indicate a transmission WITHOUT a torque converter. The internet is rife with garbage, nonsense and supposed experts so take from this what you will. My code comes back as an “intermediate shaft speed” sensor. I can find absolutely no trustworthy info on whether a CVT even HAS an intermediate shaft. This is why my car is sitting at a dealer waiting on a diagnosis when every fiber of my being is screaming at me that this will be a horrendously expensive mistake.
