Fuel Injector Recall.

I got a letter from Honda saying there's a possible Fuel Injector issue.

Anyone get this letter?

Yep, got the same letter. Ours isn't experiencing any of the mentioned symptoms so my plan is to enjoy the extension to the warranty that they have offered. Just wish there was a way to get my transmission issue dealt with...

Yes. Mine is fine so I'll just enjoy the extension. My car is under 5000 VIN so I think the Japanese overlords probably supervised its construction. Seems the issue is assembly is persnickety.

Keep Your Fuel Injector Recall Letter.

My Honda Dealer suggested I keep this letter concerning this recall in case this problem comes up.

I suggest you guys do the same.

Recall? All I see is warranty extensions.

Does the letter list a recall or service bulletin number?

It might be a possible issue.

When this issue is a problem Honda will cover the cost of this repair.

It seems as though this was a much bigger issue back when the GK was new 2015-16. There were multiple threads on this site of people having issues and the dealerships response was rather unpredictable for a time. The blanket offer of a warranty extension is, I believe a form of mea culpa for the earlier botched response. Frankly if your 15-16 GK hasn't experienced the issue at this point it probably never will, but I'm not going to turn down an offer of free repairs IF it does happen to mine. Now about that transmission...
