Air Conditioner cables stuck

Hello,

I took apart my dash and noticed that my temp selector and directional selector cables were getting bound up somehow and not cleanly functioning. I had the stiff dials that others have experienced. Upon further inspection, it seemed like one of the cables (I'd have to look and see which, i believe the mode selector) was hooked up to an actuator in the passenger footwell that is somehow stuck. I took 2 of the 3 pieces the cable is attached to, but the 3rd piece (some kind of plastic gear) seems stuck in place, which I think was either causing the cable to get bound up, or was because of the binding. Struggling to find this piece on parts sites, does anyone have any help they can provide? I found the temp and mode cable, I will order that up once I'm able to get these remaining parts. Just brought the car, and looks like I won't have properly functioning A/C until its up and going. 4th Honda product, hoping to get it sorted out and in good shape.

This is the 3 piece actuator. It would skip on the gears and not function correctly

Here's 2 of the 3 pieces. The pie shaped piece has gears on the back.

This piece is up in the passenger side footwell, I assume directly connected to the A/C in some way. It will not spin, and I struggled to get a pic of whats inside (phillipshead screw, etc)

Here's a pic of the mode selector cable, not in great shape.
Thanks in advance!
