Yes, you can.
If you or anyone else is in question, just check out Tirerack where they'll indicate 14 is the smallest.
Basically anything from a 90's Honda product onwards (Acura included) with 4x100, will all fit perfectly with no need for spacers etc.

 

I tried some spare 14" snow tires on my GK for one snow season and they were a bit small. I swapped them to the proper 15" size the following year and the car drove in the snow much better. You want tall and skinny for snow in general. Not short sidewalls.
