Hi there, new Fit owner here. So I’ve had a 3rd gen Fit for a few months now and my biggest gripe with it is that the turn signals on the USDM/CDM ones are red. I was wondering, is it possible to import the tail lights from a Fit/Jazz from the UK or Japan and hope they’ll plug and play, or should I go for something aftermarket? Any help would be appreciated.

I purchased a set of FIT Hybrid tails (with the illuminated top areas).
The set I got from Japan come with pigtails, so it's just a matter of soldering the wiring to the new set.
I'm just waiting on a drill bit to finish the install, but I'll post a pic in the next couple of weeks when they are fully installed.

Sadly they aren't as simple as "plug and play" but still pretty simple for a beginner/intermediate hobbyist.
