Just an FYI: I successfully cleaned the center console arm rest to 'like new' appearance, removed all the prior sweat stains, other cleaner (mothers, Mequires etc).
I got inspiration from this video.
My console resembled the hat starting at 4:54 (Ya! That bad). I cleaned my arm rest using "Mr.Clean magic eraser", 2X strength I found at Home Depot. Important to say I did NOT overwork it. Using a small container of tap water (Note: We have really good water, Use bottled if you have water like Arizona), I gently ran one end of the Eraser down and around the upholstery. Do not soak it. I made3 passes. Watch the vid for example. Took me about 5 minutes total.
I would upload a pic if I knew how to do that. So, description. The upholstery is solid black. No streaks. Looks new. Hope this is useful to others.
