Rear brakes
It might help if we had some additional information. Specifically, how many miles/km on your car? The rear brakes wear very slowly unless you're doing lots of shenanigans.
The condition of both the rear brake shoes and the rear drum can be assessed through some basic measurements. One quick test of the rear drum is to determine if there is a noticeable lip along the edge, which indicates pretty serious wear of the drum.
From the GE8 Fit service manual, the rear brake shoe lining is 4.5 mm when new with a service limit of 1.0 mm.
The rear brake drum inner diameter is 200 mm when new with a service limit of 201 mm.
As an example, I have a 2010 Fit Sport that had 110K miles on the original rear brakes when I checked them about 6 months ago. My rear brake shoes still had 2.5 mm of brake shoe lining and the rear drums were still at 200 mm (as near as I could measure) with no detectable lip. I cleaned and lubed the rear brakes and called it good.
I have no idea if the MM says anything about the rear brakes. I do my maintenance based on time intervals and inspection of consumable parts, as described above.

63000 kms and about 70 percent through front so assumption is 50 percent through rear. i just file lip off, deglaze and RR pads/hardware on other cars, never replaced a drum or rotor in my life, seasoned cast iron should be better (what you have)
I may be in a very unusual situation. Since new, 2017 Fit LX CVT with 133K miles (213km) has not have a brake job yet. Brakes work well, no pulling no sqeaking no pulsesations. If it ever comes to have them replace, I would only replace the front pads and rear shoes. If it is not broken, don't try to fix it. Yes, most of the miles were accumulated on open highways.
@70k
@70k miles I changed my front pads but when I checked the back ones to change they looked practically new.
most of the barking is taken by the front,,,someone suggested do rears every 2 or 3 times front..seems like solid advice....of course the dealer will replace Everything at ANY opportunity ....why not?...safety first!!

@wasserball You haven't replaced your brake pads in 100k plus miles? Front pads?
I mean I see your point about epic highway miles not wearing brakes, but I hope you have at least inspected them to see how much life they have?
Friend of mine didn't check the rear pads on his LX430 because they looked fine from the outside. Finally remembered he was behind on service when his rear wheels started accumulating red dust on them. He had worn completely thru the pads and was grinding away the soft calipers.
In my experience the Fit wears its inside pad earlier than outside. You have to check underneath the car, just looking thru the wheel will only show the outside pad.
