Car randomly loses acceleration

Hello, I have recently connected OBD2 Scanner to my honda fit and the torque app revealed these informations (no codes though). Can anyone explain what this means? Also my car randomly losses power when under load.
Thanks.

What codes is it triggering.... From that data it seems there's a problem with the coil on cylinder 4.... It might just be spark plugs.... You can check those also.....

It would have been nice if you had told us how old your car is and what the current mileage is.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I was suspecting that it could be the coil as i changed sparks plug last year. It is not throwing any code by the way and no check engine light either. The car is a 2017 with 75k miles aproximately.

Standard troubleshooting procedure - swap the coil to a different location and see if the problem follows it.
