Going from 185/60R15 to 195/60R15 will raise the car 6mm and make your speedo read 2% low.
But I'd say it's acceptable for most people. 195 wide with 60% profile on a stock 6" wide rims will be pretty cushy.
It'll of course depend on the tire choice, and it's relative, too. I mean, back in the 90's, 60% profile tires were considered "low profile."
I myself am running 195/55R16 on my EX (stock is 185/55R16), but on 7" wide rims. I actually like the slight increase in ground clearance.

60 number is PERCENT of width. 60% of 185mm is 111mm. 60% of 195mm is 117mm. That's why 195/60R15 will raise the car by 6mm compared to 185/60R15.
There are many sites with easy to understand information. I tend to use https://www.wheel-size.com/
I actually have more sidewall on my Civic (215/55R16) at 118.25mm, vs. 117mm on 195/60R15, although I guess they're not equivalent since Civic tires are 20mm wider. Tires themselves make a huge difference also (brand, model).
Note stock wheels on GK are all 6" wide. LX: 15x6, EX & Sport 16x6. Note EX and Sport wheels have different offsets. Sport wheel sticks out further by 5mm.
definitely 195 55 15 , tire diameter is just a tad smaller but close enough and way closer than 195 60 series tire . if you ever upgrade
to an after market rim go with a 7" width . 40mm offset works just fine . with a 195 tire gives it a nicer stance , feels more stable on the
highway too . i'm still getting 35 + mph mixed driving with that setup .

Wheelbase is the distance between front and rear axles. Nothing you do with wheels and tires can change that.

Can I ask what did you mean but your last comment "i'm still getting 35 + mph mixed driving with that setup"?
Also I have a fit 3rd gen, currently on 185/60/15 ET50 6J, I'm looking to buy an aftermarket one 185/55/16 ET40 7J but looking on offset calculator and OE recommendations is saying approach with caution but you've mentioned above you have ET40 fitted on yours... Can you give some advice please?
