Our Check Engine Light came on so we purchased a code reader, plugged that in and now the car will not even start!....all we hear is a click,click,click from the engine....What do we do now?? thankyou

 

I'd try jump starting it and go from there

 

Click, click, click= Battery or starter. Try jump starting first, if you are still getting click, click, click when the car has enough juice, then it is the starter. If it is the starter, use a 2 x 4 or something and wack on the starter a few times see if you can start from there.
