What Cat Back Exhaust System Are You Running With?

Close to getting a performance cat back exhaust system.

Looking at Borla or Magnaflow mufflers.

Good or Bad.
Suggestions?

Thanks.

i've had a TANABE Medalian duel tip axle back on my 19 Fit for a little over 4 years . it's a good quality piece , nice sound , not too loud . i also had a larger B pipe on the car for
a short time but put the stock one back on . the droning wasn't worth the vague performance gain . it did feel a little stronger from a stop but at highway speeds it felt like it actually
lost some responce . at least that's what the seat of my pants told me

Upgraded Exhaust.

End goal isn't really horsepower. Just a bit more sound.

I had a custom cat back exhaust with a Borla muffler on my 1995 Saturn SC2 stick. This set up sounded great.

I too have the tanabe medallion on my 2017 GK… when I first installed it I had the RV6 catted header/collector and the OEM mid pipe… and it sounded really decent… yu can go with a 2.25” or 2.5” inch mid pipe with a resonator to reduce inside cabin droning, and it will be nice… louder but nice

for it to be effective powerwise…. A tune would be needed…

it was a big pipe , matched the Medallion . i don't remember if it's got a resonator , i'll have to look , it's still in my attic collecting dust . i put an extra piece of carpet under my weather tech rear hatch liner ,
it helped a lot .

No Tune Needed.

Fuel Injection automatically adjusts for aftermarket exhaust systems.

Well at least my 1995 Saturn SC2 did with a Borla cat back system I had.
