All Dash Lights On and Misfire

I’m having an issue with my daughters 2018 Fit Sport and I’m looking to see if anyone else has had a similar issue. It is a low mileage car with only 14K miles on it, we picked it up from a little old lady a couple years ago when it only had 5K on it. The issue is very random and only happen every couple months. She goes to start the car and all of her dash warning lights come on but the car starts fine. She says she notices no difference when starting the car, not hard to start, cranks right over, no shaking or anything. There is also no drivability issue when driving the car right after this happens.

When I pull the codes, I get a P0301, which is a misfire on cylinder 1, no other codes. I cleared the code, and it has never come back right away, it takes months for it to happen again. I have read a couple of things and have tried those with no success in resolving the issue. The battery was older, so we replaced it, but the issue came back. I have also run a couple rounds of carbon cleaner through it, but no luck there. I don’t want to just start throwing parts at it as I want to figure out what the issue actually is and correct it that way. I’m thinking of swapping a spark plug and coil with a different cylinder to see when it happens again, does the issue follow the cylinder or the parts I moved.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is this a common issue with these cars? If you had this issue and resolved it, what did you do to do so?

This, with the plug and coil on different cylinders (mark the suspect parts) to save time. If it doesn't follow the parts, do compression and leak-down tests.

Early 3rd gen Fits had fuel injector issues which might be relevant - I'm not sure when that was corrected.

Also leaning towards a fuel injector.

Freeze frame data would be indicative and the abruptness of it on/off leads me to believe electrical more than carbon buildup (sprays are not good).

You need to resolve the misfire on cylinder 1 first. Could be the plug, could be the coil.
Fuel injectors were a big problem in 2015 and 2016. They were supposedly corrected with a new design injectors sometime in 2016 but some people still reported occasional problems in cars after that. It is very hard to understand the problems you are having when the mileage is so low. .
