Rear "Splash Guard"

My daughter's 2020 Fit LX has a large underbody cover that covers the entire car from the middle to the rear. It's flexible plastic, but covered in fuzzy fiber. Anyway it's ripped loose in the front and is making banging noises at speed. I can't seem to find it on any parts diagram to see if it's worth ordering a new one - they seem to only show the front plastic splash guard. Any ideas on the part/part #? Also, how important is it - what is is protecting?

It's there for aerodynamics and as an ancillary benefit, sound deadening. There was a recent article about it in Jalopnik or Slash Gear. It's not a critical item, but as I am resident of the "salt belt" I sure would replace it.

I had both pans come loose several times. If not damaged, new fasteners solved the problem. Eventually it got too much and they were removed.
